Fishing has absolutely been on fire, to say the least. The bait showed up early, the weather is staying consistent and the water temperatures are rising. I couldn’t ask for a better start to the summer season.
We are catching a nice 20-30 pound red drum in the harbor with some nice size sharks mixed in. As May progresses the Cobia will show up and continue to come in closer to our harbor. The sharks will definitely multiply with warmer water temps so that can make for a lot of action in between catching red drum.
